Price Match Policy

At TrackStuff, we want to ensure that you get the best value for your purchases. If you find a lower price on an identical item at another authorized retailer, we will be happy to match it, or in certain cases, beat it! Please read our Price Match Policy below for more details:

Eligibility for Price Matching / Beating

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Identical Product: The product must be the same brand, model, size, color, and condition as the item available at TrackStuff.
  2. Competitor’s Price: The competitor’s price must be publicly available and from an authorized retailer. This includes online stores, physical retail locations, or competitor websites. The price must be verifiable.
  3. Current Price: The price match applies only to new, and in stock items, not to used or refurbished products.
  4. Shipping and Taxes: Price matching is based on the advertised product price, exclusive of inter-provincial taxes, but can include shipping on a case-by-case basis. Price beating will not include shipping or taxes, and will specifically be for the advertised price of said product.

Exclusions

We do not offer price matches for the following:

  • Prices from auction sites (e.g., eBay), clearance sales, or liquidations.
  • Special offers such as bundled promotions, gift card offers, or limited-time flash sales.
  • Products that are unavailable at the competitor.
  • Prices from unauthorized or non-reputable sellers.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via info@trackstuff.ca, and provide the following:
    • A link to the competitor's product page showing the lower price.
    • A description of the item, including its price and any details that prove the product is identical.
  2. Verification: Once we receive your request, our team will verify the competitor's price and availability. If the price match is approved, we’ll inform you via email.
  3. Price Match Approval: Once your price match is approved, we’ll adjust the price of the product via discount code, and confirm the details via email. You can then proceed with your purchase at the matched price.

Price Match Guarantee

  • The price match is available at the time of purchase or within [3] days after your purchase. If the competitor’s price is lower within [3] days after your order, we’ll refund the difference.
  • The price match can only be used once per item per customer.

Additional Information

  • Price matches cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including store-wide sales.
  • Price matches are subject to product availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify or end the price match policy at any time without prior notice.
